How Harvis Health handles the personal data you give us through this website — demo requests, enquiries and the WhatsApp messages this site helps you compose.
This is a working draft, not a lawyer-certified document. It describes what this website actually does with your data today, in plain language, so you are not asked to consent to something undefined. Have it reviewed by your own counsel before you rely on it, and tell us if anything here does not match your expectations.
What this notice covers
This notice covers the Harvis Health marketing website and the enquiries it generates. It does not cover patient data inside a deployed Harvis Hospital Information System — that is governed by the agreement between Harvis and the hospital operating it, where the hospital is the data fiduciary and Harvis acts on its instructions.
What we collect, and why
| What | Why we ask | Given by |
|---|---|---|
| Name | To address you correctly when we reply | You, in the demo form |
| Hospital or organisation | To prepare a demo relevant to your setting | You, in the demo form |
| Work email | To reply, and to send the material discussed | You, in the demo form |
| Phone / WhatsApp number | To call or message you back about the enquiry | You, in the demo form |
| Hospital size and area of interest | To route the enquiry to the right person and scope a quote | You, in the demo form |
| Message content | Whatever you choose to tell us in the enquiry | You |
We do not ask for, and this website has no field for, any health information about you or anyone else. Please do not include patient details in an enquiry.
How the demo form actually works
This is a static website with no server-side form processing. When you submit the demo form, your browser composes a message and opens one of the following, which you then send yourself:
- WhatsApp — the details are pre-filled into a chat with our business number. Nothing reaches us until you press send in WhatsApp, and the message is then subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
- Email — the same details pre-filled into your own mail client, addressed to admin@harvishealth.com.
- Copy to clipboard — the details copied for you to send however you prefer.
Because there is no backend, the form itself stores nothing. We receive your data only once you actively send it, and only through the channel you chose.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics trackers. It loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com; that request carries your IP address and is handled under Google's own privacy terms. Nothing else on the page contacts a third party.
If we add analytics in future, this notice will be updated before it goes live.
How long we keep enquiries
Enquiry correspondence is kept while the conversation is live and for a reasonable period afterwards so that we can pick it back up if you return. If you ask us to delete it, we will, subject to any records we are legally required to retain.
Who sees it
Enquiries reach the Harvis sales and customer-success team. We use ordinary business tools — email, WhatsApp Business and our own systems — to handle them. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Where your data goes
Harvis has a USA office in Jacksonville, Florida, and an India office in Chennai. An enquiry may therefore be handled in either country, and the messaging services used to reach you may route data internationally.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, and equivalent principles elsewhere, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal data we hold about you and why;
- correct anything that is wrong or out of date;
- delete your enquiry data;
- withdraw the consent you gave when you submitted the form, at any time;
- raise a grievance about how we have handled it.
Write to admin@harvishealth.com with the request. We will acknowledge it and respond within a reasonable period. Withdrawing consent stops future contact; it does not undo contact that already happened.
Security
We apply ordinary commercial safeguards to the systems that hold enquiry data — access control, encrypted transport and restricted internal access. No system is perfectly secure, and this website deliberately holds as little as possible: it stores nothing itself.
Children
This is a business-to-business website intended for hospital administrators and clinicians. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Changes
We will update this notice as the site changes — particularly if we add a form backend, a CRM integration or analytics. Material changes will be reflected here.
