The rules for using this website. These are website terms — they are not the contract under which a hospital licenses and runs Harvis.
This is a working draft, not a lawyer-certified document. It is published so that visitors are not left guessing. Have it reviewed by your own counsel before relying on it.
1. Using this site
By using harvishealth.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. We may update them; the version published here is the one that applies.
2. What this site is
This is a marketing website describing the Harvis platform — Harvis HIS, Yakko, Gooseberry, BucketAI, Harvis AI and Harvis Me. It is provided for information. Nothing on it is an offer capable of acceptance, and nothing on it forms part of a contract unless it is repeated in a signed agreement.
3. Product descriptions, figures and screenshots
- Interface images on this site are illustrations built for the website. They show example data — no real patient, record or hospital is depicted.
- Figures such as time saved, revenue recovered, wait times and payback periods are typical or averaged outcomes reported across deployments. They are indicative, not promises, and your results depend on your case mix, your starting point and how the platform is used.
- Module, screen and specialty-pack counts describe the product as built at the time of writing. Features are developed continuously and may change.
- Standards and compliance statements describe what the platform is built to support. Where we say a capability is aligned, ready or compliant, we mean the platform is designed to meet that standard — not that a third-party certificate has been issued for your specific deployment. Ask us for current documentation.
4. Not clinical advice
Nothing on this site is medical advice, a diagnosis, or a substitute for professional clinical judgement. The clinical features described — including Gooseberry's second read — support decision-making; they do not replace physician judgement, hospital protocol or regulatory review, and all suggestions remain subject to clinician sign-off.
5. Enquiries you send us
When you use the demo form, you are composing a message that you then send by WhatsApp or email. Please send only your own business contact details and your question. Do not send patient information, credentials, or anything confidential to a third party. How we handle what you do send is set out in the privacy notice.
6. Intellectual property
The Harvis name, the product names Yakko, Gooseberry, BucketAI, Harvis HIS, Harvis AI and Harvis Me, the logo, the text and the design of this site belong to Harvis Health and its licensors. You may read, print and share pages for your own evaluation. You may not copy the site's design or content for a competing product, or present our material as your own.
7. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to breach, probe or disrupt the site or its hosting.
- Do not scrape it for bulk commercial reuse, or submit automated enquiries.
- Do not use it in a way that breaks any applicable law.
8. Third-party links and services
This site links to third-party services, including WhatsApp for enquiries and Google Fonts for typography. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data. Their own terms apply when you use them.
9. Availability
We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee it. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it without notice. Uptime commitments described on this site relate to the Harvis platform under a customer agreement, not to this marketing website.
10. Liability
The site is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on the information here. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Chennai have jurisdiction — unless a signed agreement between us says otherwise for that relationship.
